My mom had recently had a stroke and was unable to return back to her home.  My husband and I both work full time and we are not able to care for her.  She needed assistance with bathing, dressing and personal grooming.  You were able to find a wonderful community with a 24 hour awake staff so if she needed help at night she could pull the cord by her bedside and a caregiver would come and assist her.  She still has her own space but yet care when she needs it.  She has been at this community for 3 months now and has met some wonderful new friends.  I can't tell you how much we appreciate your service.  You truly did listen, answer our question's and guide our family to the right choice.
